HERBALIST GIN

GINGER SMASH

  • 1 1/2 oz Great Northern Herbalist Gin

  • 3/4 oz Ginger Beer

  • 3/4 oz Apple Cider

  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 oz Chambord

Shake with ice and strain over a large cube.

TOM COLLINS

  • 2 oz Great Northern Herbalist Gin

  • 1/2 oz 2:1 Simple Syrup

  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake with ice and top with seltzer.
(To make simple syrup: combine two parts sugar to one part water in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.)

RYE WHISKEY

SAZERAC

  • 3 oz Great Norther Rye Whiskey

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

  • 5 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients with ice and store. Strain over a large ice cube and enjoy!

OPPORTUNITY RUM

PAINKILLER

  • 1 1/2 oz Great Northern Opportunity Rum

  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 3/4 oz Orange Juice

  • 1/2 oz CoCo Lopez

Combine Ingredients with ice, shake. Then strain over fresh ice. Top with fresh ground nutmeg.

PERFECT STORM

  • 2 oz Great Northern Opportunity Rum

  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

  • Ginger Beer

Fill glass with ice, add rum, bitter, and top with ginger beer. Flip into a shaker, then back into glass. Finish with a squeeze of lime wedge. 

RUMBO

  • 3 oz Great Opportunity Rum

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

  • 1 Dash Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters

  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Combine Ingredients with ice and stir. Strain over a large ice cube and enjoy!

POTATO VODKA

BRAZIL 66'

  • 3 oz Great Northern Potato Vodka

  • 1 oz Cane Sugar

  • 1 Lime

Quarter and muddle the lime and sugar, add vodka and ice, shake and enjoy!

CUCUMBER MINT-MUDDLER

  • 1 1/2 oz Great Northern Potato Vodka

  • 1/2 oz Demerara Simple Syrup

  • Cucumber

  • Mint

  • Seltzer

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour into an ice filled collins glass.

FRANGIPANE

  • 1 oz Great Northern Potato Vodka

  • 1/2 oz Amaretto

  • 1/2 oz Chambord

  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and top with seltzer. 

MOSCOW MULE

  • 1 1/2 oz Great Northern Potato Vodka

  • 4 oz Ginger Beer

  • Fresh Lime Juice

  • Lime Wheel

Build in a rocks glass with ice and top off with ginger beer and a splash of fresh squeezed lime juice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

SONIC SCREWDRIVER

  • 1 1/2 oz Great Northern Potato Vodka

  • 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup

  • Dash of Vanilla Extract

Build in a rocks glass with ice and top off with fresh squeezed orange juice with a dash of vanilla extract. Stir and enjoy!

VANGUARD WHISKEY

BROWN DERBY

  • 2 oz Great Northern Vanguard Whiskey

  • 1/2 oz Honey

  • 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

Combine ingredients, shake with ice, and double strain into a chilled glass.

OLD-FASHIONED

  • 2 1/2 oz Great Northern Vanguard Whiskey

  • 1/4 oz Real Maple Syrup

  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters

  • Luxardo Cheery, Orange Peel, and Seltzer

Muddle the cherry, syrup, and bitters. Add whiskey and ice, stir, double strain over a large cube. Add a splash of seltzer and orange peel.

WHISKEY SOUR

  • 2 oz Great Northern Vanguard Whiskey

  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 oz Egg White

  • 1 oz 1:1 Cane Syrup

  • Seltzer

Combine Ingredients and dry shake, add ice and shake again. Serve over fresh ice, top with seltzer, lemon peel, and a cherry.
